Use of Healthy Beings gift card constitutes acceptance of the card terms and conditions. This card contains value which may only be used to purchase goods and other services (except for other cards or memberships) at Healthy Beings. Present the physical card or e-card to an associate at time of purchase or use the online store and amount will be deducted from card balance. Additional value can be added to this card at any time. Card will not be replaced if card is lost, stolen or destroyed. This card may not be redeemed for cash. This card may be redeemed at all Healthy Beings locations.
